What is an Inner Child journey?
Through conscious relaxation and visualisation, we form a connection with younger parts of ourselves.
Once this connection is established, we listen to our younger self and find out what it is that they need in that moment.
Through this exploration, we recognise what unmet needs are being held in the body, and find ways to address these needs.

The Process
1) Using breath and verbal guidance, the body enters into a state of deep rest. The body is deeply resting, but the subconscious mind remains alert along with your ability to speak.
2) Within this state, you are guided to meet your inner child. Here, conversations are had where you can identify how they are feeling, and what they need to feel safe.
3) You are guided out of the state of deep rest, and supported to ground & integrate the messages.
